The “Philadelphia Inquirer” Tuesday reported that the previously scheduled game for the Philadelphia 76ers on March 22, at the Spectrum has been moved back to the Wachovia Center. The team had announced earlier that to honor their last championship team the 1982-1983 Sixers they would play in their former home on March 22. The president of Comcast-Spectacor Peter Luukko said that the team could not get the logistics in place for this season. He said they would look into the the possibility of playing there next season. One request Peter? Please do not bring back “Old School” shorts for the game as the Lakers wore earlier this season. Some things belong buried in the past.
