Dumars: What Me Worry?

The Booth Newspapers Website “MLive.com” Thursday reported that Detroit Pistons Head of Basketball Operations Joe Dumars does not feel pressured to make a trade just because other teams have improved themselves recently. The Pistons sit atop the NBA Central Division with a record of 39-13, they are ahead of second place Cleveland by 10 games. They also go into the All-Star break with a 10 game winning streak and have the second best record in the Association, trailing only Boston. Dumars was quoted by reporters as saying “You can’t allow other teams to dictate the course of your team especially if you’re happy with your team. If you’re not happy with your team, you have to make a move whether somebody else makes a move or not.”
