Just three games on the docket for Thursday night in the NBA, including a nationally televised double-header on TNT. The first game of the the twin-bill will feature two teams that are on the opposite end of the spectrum from each other the Houston Rockets match up against the Miami Heat. The Rockets are gearing up for the playoff run, while the Heat are gearing up for next year. Game two of the double-header will feature two teams from the great Northwest the Portland Trail Blazers against the Seattle SuperSonics. The game that is not being televised nationally features the reigning NBA Champions the San Antonio Spurs taking on another team in rebuilding mode the Minnesota Timberwolves. There is no word whether Spurs point guard Tony Parker will play as he has missed the last 9 games with a badly inflamed left ankle.
