The Rockets receive guard Gerald Green from the T-Wolves in exchange for guard Kirk Snyder and a future second round draft pick. Green is in his third campaign in the Association?his first two seasons were spent in Boston. He was sent to Minnesota in the Kevin Garnett deal, he averages 8.1 points, 2.2 rebounds per game in his pro career. ESPN.com is reporting that the Cleveland Cavaliers have picked up Chicago Bulls big man Ben Wallace and sharp shooter Wally Szczerbiak from Seattle?for the stretch run. The deal is awaiting NBA approval before it can be officially announced. According to the report, Cleveland will acquire Wallace, Szczerbiak, Sonics point guard Delonte West Chicago’s Joe Smith and a future second round pick from the Bulls. Chicago will get Drew Gooden, Larry Hughes, and reserves Cedric Simmons, and Shannon Brown. Seattle according to the reports will receive Ira Newble, and Donyell Marshall from Cleveland as well as Adrian Griffin from the Bulls.
