Hughes Comes Up Huge as Bulls Drive Past Pacers 113-107

The two new members of the Chicago Bulls guard Larry Hughes and forward Drew Gooden came off the bench Wednesday night to lead the Bulls past the Indiana Pacers 113-107 Wednesday night. All the two “subs” did was the following, Hughes scored a game high 29 points, and Gooden had a double-double with 10 points, 15 rebounds. Wonder how long interim coach Jim Boylan continues to play them off the bench.

But Chicago would climb right back to even at the end of the period with the two teams again knotted up this time at 82-82. The Bulls would go onto score the first 7 points of the fourth quarter jumping ahead 89-82, and Indiana could never regroup.

Andres Nocioni scored 11 points, 1 rebound, 1 steal. Drew Gooden along with his 10 points, and 15 boards, had 2 assists, 1 block.

Mike Dunleavy led Indiana as he scored 25 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, in the loss.? Travis?Diener scored 22 points, 9 assists, 3 rebounds, Troy Murphy scored 19 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks.? Danny Granger scored 17 points, 8 boards, 3 assists, 2 steals. Chicago with the win improve to a record of 23-34, the Pacers are now 22-36.
