Butler Believes Rest Is The Best Medicine

The “Washington Post” is reporting that although Washington Wizards forward Caron Butler is chomping at the bit to get back out and play, he knows he has to limit his activity in order to get back to playing shape. Recent tests have shown that Butler has a? labral tear of the joint on his left hip, which is why he has taken so long to return to playing for Washington. The only prescription for repair, rest. Physicians originally determined that Butler had a strained hip flexor, a much more mild injury.
