Reports Say Seattle Investors Interested In New NBA Franchise

The “Seattle Times” is reporting that a Seattle area entrepreneurs, have interest in a NBA franchise for the city, but it would not be the SuperSonics. The report states that King County Executive Ron Sims has already met with two?parties that would be interested in purchasing a franchise for Seattle, and he told the paper that he is aware of at least one other interested group. Sims said however, the investors are not looking to purchase the SuperSonics, but rather entice a?team from another city to move there.
