Reports State That Newble Could Be Heading Back To Cleveland

The “Akron Beacon-Journal” reported Monday, that the buzz around the Cleveland Cavaliers locker room these days is that an old friend may be back, in the not too distant future. Former Cleveland shooting guard Ira Newble who was sent to Seattle in the three team blockbuster deal last month, was waived by the Sonics a few days after the deal was consummated. Because of the NBA 30 day rule, the veteran defensive specialist would nor be able to rejoin the team until March 22.
