Sonics Interested In Signing Wilks To New 10 Day Contract

The Seattle Times reported Monday that the Seattle Supersonics are considering signing backup point guard Mike Wilks to another 10 day contact. His original 10 day contract expires on Monday. Wilks has made just one appearance for Seattle since signing with them, last Friday night as he played against the Philadelphia 76ers. He scored 2 points, and had one assist during his time on the court. Wilks started out playing in Denver for the Nuggets??this campaign, but played just in eight games before being waived, he also spent four games playing for the Washington Wizards this season. Wilks is in his sixth year in the NBA.
