All of the signs look positive towards Utah Jazz forward Andrei Kirilenko possibly returning to the Jazz lineup as they face the Chicago Bulls Tuesday night; according to Steve Luhm of the Salt?Lake?Tribune, Kirilenko practiced on Monday morning, took the team charter to Chicago at noon and opened the possibility of playing some minutes against the Bulls.
Kirilenko has been shelved for about a week with a sprained hip, suffered? when he was flagrantly fouled by Dallas’ Dirk Nowitzski on March 3; while Kirilenko was on the shelf, Utah defeated Minnesota, Phoenix and Denver by at least 21 points per contest.? Assuming that Kirilenko is able to play, Jazz coach Jerry Sloan plans to start him, which is bad news for C.J. Miles, who is the #3 small forward?behind Kirilenko and Matt Harpring.
