The “Washington Times” reported Friday that Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas felt some soreness in practice on Thursday after having a pain free session on Wednesday. The soreness in his surgically repaired knee further delays Arenas return to playing for Washington. Arenas who had the same procedure done twice in about six months time, is being extra careful this time around. He says he will not return to play until he has had a solid week of pain free practice before he will come back. Arenas would not speculate when that would be.
