The “Miami Herald” reported Friday that Miami Heat Owner Miky Arison trusts implicitly in Team President and head coach Pat Riley to make the right decision for the team when it comes to Riley’s duties. Riley is currently on the road scouting college talent for the Heat’s picks in the upcoming NBA Draft. Assistant coach Ron Rothstein is filling head coach duties in Riley’s stead. There has been speculation that Riley would leave his coaching duties at tend of the season, and just concentrate on the front office. Arison told reporters, that Riley will do the right thing “He’s going to do what is best for the team. If he thinks that it’s best for him to continue to coach, I have no problem with that. If he thinks that it’s time for him to step back and put somebody else (in as coach) I’ll have no problem with that. We’ll sit down after the season and talk about it.”
