The Wisconsin Badgers will be playing next weekend as they defeated Kansas State Saturday 72-55.? Badgers guard Trevon Hughes was the game’s leading scorer with 25 points, Wisconsin shot 52.5% (24-46) from the floor for the game. They held the Wildcats to just 39.% (21-53) for the contest. Kansas State forward Michael Beasley was on fire in the first half for the Wildcats scoring 17 points, but was limited to just 6 points in the second half, ending the game at 23.? Kansas State who shocked the world with their upset of USC Thursday goes home, Wisconsin will play the winner of the Georgetown Davidson game.
