The Texas Longhorns built a pretty good sized lead over the Miami Hurricanes in the first half of their second round matchup of the NCAA South Regional Tournament Sunday. Texas walked into the locker room at the half with an impressive 43-32 advantage over the Hurricanes. But momentum swung the other way in the second half and the Longhorns found themselves? just able to hold off Miami 75-72.? Texas guard A.J. Abrams shot 7-13 from the floor, 6-10 from outside the arc for a game high 26 points to lead the Longhorns.? Miami guard Jack McClinton led Miami with 18 points.. Texas will face Stanford next week in the “Sweet Sixteen.”
