Memphis Escapes Bulldogs Win 77-74

Derrick Rose and Chris Douglas-Roberts each put up 17 points apiece, and the Memphis Tigers barely got past Mississippi State Sunday 77-74.? Memphis opened up a comfortable lead in the first half as they were ahead 36-27 when the two teams went into respective locker rooms. But when the two teams returned it looked like the Bulldogs who could very right in the first half, almost stole the contest in the second. The Wildcats however were? able to stem the tide and hold on for the win. Jamont Gordon led Mississippi with 21 points.
