UCLA Overcomes 2nd-Half Deficit, Edges Texas A&M 53-49

In Saturday’s game against #9 Texas A&M, #1 UCLA played poorly – quote the opposite of when they destroyed Mississippi State; fortunately for the Bruins, Kevin Love saved the day for them.? Love’s solid effort helped UCLA defeat Texas A&M 53-49 in the second round of the NCAA West regionals at Honda Center in Anaheim, CA.? UCLA was led by Darren Collison with 21 points, an assist and a blocked shot while Kevin Love scored 19 with 11 rebounds, a steal and 7 blocked shots.? Texas A&M was led by Donald Sloan with 12 points, a rebound and 2 assists while Josh Carter scored 10 with a rebound and an assist.? UCLA advances and will face the winner of the Western Kentucky-San Diego matchup on Thursday.??
