Barry’s Back In Town

The San Antonio Express-News reported Monday, that veteran shooting guard Bent Barry is back as a member of the San Antonio Spurs. Barry was traded February 20, to Seattle in the deal that brought Kurt Thomas to the Spurs. He was waived by Seattle within days, but had to wait per Association rules 30 days before re-singing with San Antonio. Barry was courted by Phoenix, and Boston among other teams when he became a free agent. Barry told reporters Sunday night after he signed his contract that he was glad to be back in the fold with the Spurs.
