Reports Say Mihm To Return To Practice This Week

The “Los Angeles Times” reported Monday that injured LA Lakers center Chris Mihm should be able to practice by the end of this week. Mihm had surgery in February to have a screw removed from an earlier procedure on his right foot. According to the report Mihm says he has felt no pain, and is anxious to return to playing. Mihm told reporters “Everything we’ve thrown at it so far, there’s been no swelling and not anywhere near the same irritation and pain I was getting in my heel like it was for the last year after the major reconstruction.” No timetable has been set for his return to playing.
