ESPN.com reported Saturday that the Indiana Hoosiers hope to have a new head coach in place by this Thursday. Former Hoosiers head coach Kelvin Sampson resigned from his post in February and accepted a buyout after it came to light that the program may have?acted improperly, and violated many NCAA rules. Dan Dakich was named the interim coach. There had been reports that the Hoosiers had offered the job to Tony Bennett currently head coach at Washington State. Indiana’s?Athletic Director Rick Greenspan denied the report, and said no offers had been made to anyone at this time.?
