Marion Is Done For The Season

The Associated Press reported Thursday evening that Miami Heat forward Shawn Marion will miss the last 7 games of his team’s season.? Marion who was traded to the team in February in the deal that sent center Shaquille O’Neal to Phoenix is down with an injury to his left foot.? The nine year NBA veteran, missed 11 of the Heat’s last 12 contests due to a sore back.? Marion who will become a free agent at the end of the campaign played in just 16 games for Miami. Marion is just another?in a seemingly endless list of players that the Heat have lost for the season due to injury.
