Report Says Zeke Is Dead Man Walking

The “New York Post” reported Thursday, that contrary to what he said Wednesday in a nationally televised press conference?newly installed New York Knicks?Team President Donnie Walsh has made up his mind on at least one issue. Walsh in his his introductory press said that he came to the position with no preconceived notions or plans of action, including the status of head coach, and former Team President Isiah Thomas.? The?Post is reporting that Walsh will definitely fire Zeke as the coach, although he could?stay with the team?in a front office capacity. The report says former Knicks and Indiana Pacers point guard Mark Jackson appears to be the leading candidate. The report also said the team could be interested in former NBA coaches, Scott Skiles, and Rick Carlisle, ?as possible choices.
