Commissioner Stern And NCAA Prez Brand To Hold Joint Press Conference

The “Los Angeles Times” reported Monday that NBA Commissioner David Stern, and NCAA President Myles Brand will hold a joint press conference on Monday afternoon, reportedly to discuss issues according to their representatives that effect “all of basketball.” It is well known that both Brand and Stern are in favor of raising the age eligibility for prospective NBA players a year. However any such change in the CBA would have to be approved by the NBAPA (NBA Players Association.)
