Sacramento Kings forward Ron Artest’s mood swings are a lot like the weather in New England. If you wait a few minutes they are both bound to change. Tru-Warrior spent most of the 2007-2008 season as a model NBA citizen. But in February, he shocked the team by telling reporters, that the Kings and rookie coach Reggie Theus would be better off if he were on another team. As soon as the Kings traded point guard Mike Bibby, Artest took back his trade request. After saying for most of the season he would opt out of his contract next season, last month Tru-Warrior said he would not. Thursday the “Sacramento Bee” reported the veterans latest request, he wants to know how? Kings fans feel about him. Artest told reporters that if he is going to?be?living among them he wants to know how Sacramento citizens feel about him. He is still planning on sticking with his contract, for now anyway.
