The “Miami Herald” reported Friday that Miami Heat Team President and head coach Pat Riley is now using a line from the old REM song “Losing My Religion. The line I am referring to is “I think that I said too much.” Riley is now saying that he was overcome with emotion earlier this week, when on three separate occasions Riley told reporters that his induction into the Basketball?Hall of Fame Monday, may be a signal for him to end his coaching career. Riley must have gotten flak from someone in the organization, for he was singing a different tune on Thursday. Riley told reporters Thursday “The Hall of Fame was an incredible honor for me. Sometimes, I get a little philosophical on things. That’s a weakness on my part. Nostalgic” Alright Pat whatever you say.
