Skip-To-My-Lu Will Miss Start Of Playoffs For Rockets

The “Houston Chronicle” reported Wednesday that Houston Rockets staring point guard Rafer Alston will miss at least the first few games of the opening round of the NBA Western Conference Playoffs. Alston, who first gained fame as a legendary street ball player, when he went by the handle Skip-To-My-Lu, strained his right hamstring Sunday as the Rockets faced the Nuggets in Denver. Alston who is in his ninth season in the Association, averaged 13.1 points, 5.3 assists, and 3,5 rebounds per game this season.
