Vincent’s Future Still Unknown With Bobcats

The Charlotte Observer reported Thursday that even though Charlotte Bobcats head coach Sam Vincent is signed for next year, he still has not officially heard whether he will be retained. Vincent just completed vhis rookie year as coach of the Bobcats without any prior head vcoaching experience. Even though Charlotte ended up in the lottery with a record of 32-50, the team at times looked like a real NBA franchise as opposed to an expansion team. Vincent told reporters he has every intention of returning next season, and that he learned a lot in his rookie year. Minority owner Michael Jordan, Vincent’s old teammate with Chicago will make the final decision.
