Walsh Will Wait Until Thursday To Make Decision On Zeke

The Associated Press reported Thursday, that new New York Knicks Team President Donnie Walsh will wait until Thursday until he makes a decision concerning the fate of Knicks head coach Isiah Thomas.? Walsh told reporters Wednesday night that he wanted to sleep on it before determining what direction he wants to take as far as the coaching position is concerned. Thomas who had also been Team President, lost that title when Team Owner? James Dolan hired Walsh. Walsh is certainly not taking the situation lightly. He told reporters “I’m thinking all that out, being coach, whether it’s another role, and when I come to a final decision I’ll announce it. You know, these are people’s lives we’re dealing with and I’ve always treated it that way. So I think it deserves to be given that kind of dignity and respect. Like any decision, you have to get by yourself and decide to go one way or the other. I’m going to be there now.”
