Billups May Play vs. Orlando Saturday

Depending on the results of the MRI that will be taken on Detroit Pistons guard Chauncey Billups’ injured right hamstring on Thursday, he possibly may play Saturday in the Pistons’ semifinal playoff game against the Orlando Magic; if you believe what Pistons coach Flip Saunders is saying, he expects Billups to suit up Saturday as he told the Associated Press, “We’re shooting for him to play on Saturday.? He’s sore right now.? We won’t know for the next 24 hours where he’s really at.? But all indications are that we’re shooting for him to play Saturday.”? As things currently stand, Billups is listed as “day-to-day”; Billups strained his hamstring?while getting tangled up with Magic guard Jameer Nelson and falling hard to the floor.?
