The Associated Press reported Thursday that Cleveland Cavaliers reserve shooting guard Daniel Gibson will not be available to play Friday night against the Boston Celtics in game six due to a separated left shoulder. Gibson?hurt his shoulder Wednesday night in the fourth quarter of the loss to the Celtics, he left the game shortly after for the night. Gibson had a MRI performed which showed the separation,?doctors estimate he will need a week or two to recover from the injury.?The Cavaliers who trail Boston 3-2 in the series with game six in Cleveland would in a best case scenario be without Gibson until late in the Eastern Conference Finals if they get past the Celtics.
