Millsap To Have Surgery On Thumb Thursday

The Associated Press reported Monday that Utah Jazz reserve forward Paul Millsap will have surgery on Thursday to repair a torn ligament in his left thumb. Millsap, who just completed his second season in the Association, injured the thumb Friday night when the Jazz were eliminated by the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Western Conference Semi-Finals. Millsap proved to be a key player for the Jazz this season, he averaged 8.1 points, and 5.6 rebounds per contest.
