Utah Jazz forward Paul Millsap, according to the team on Friday, has undergone successful surgery on his left thumb; the procedure, performed by Steven Huish, consisted of repairing a torn ligament in his left thumb.? Millsap was injured on May 16 during Game 6 of the Western Conference semifinals against the Los Angeles Lakers; his thumb? will be placed in a cast for up to 2 weeks at which time he will be re-evaluated and treatment for the following 4 weeks will be determined.? Millsap is expected to be fully recovered in about 6 weeks time.
