The Associated Press reported Sunday that Detroit Pistons starting point guard Chauncey Billups? will play Monday night even though he is suffering from a balky right hamstring. Detroit hosts the Boston Celtics Monday night as they trail 2-1 in the Eastern Conference Finals.? Billups told reporters that he will definitely be on the floor at the start ?of game four despite the pain. The veteran point guard said “Hurt or not, I still have to play better and fight through it. At this juncture of the season, you can’t sit out. I’m one of the main leaders of the team. We’ve got a young guy, Stuckey, who is playing great and we’ve got to find ways to keep him playing well. But I know I have to play good for us to win.” Billups?has only scored in double figures once this series, in game two which the Pistons won.?
