Yahoo Sports” reported Tuesday that Memphis Grizzlies owner Michael Heisley is starting to wonder if his team got enough in the trade that sent Pau Gasol to the L.A. Lakers. The report says that Heisley who had previously always defended the trade, is wondering if team General Manager Chris Wallace got maximum value for the former “franchise player“.? You mean Mr. Heisley that you are not satisfied with one of the biggest disappointments, as far as overall number one picks in the NBA Draft, Kwame Brown and a bunch of magic? beans??Actually Memphis ended up with Jarvis Crittenton, who just completed his first year in the Association, two future number one picks, and the signing rights to Gasol’s younger brother. Heisley said in an interview with the site said ?I don?t know if I got the most value. Maybe our people should?ve shopped more and maybe we would?ve gotten more, done a better deal. Maybe Chris did call every team in the league. I don?t think he did, but maybe he should?ve.”
