Rose was driving a 2008 Range Rover on April 29 when he was stopped on April 29 at 2:58 AM for going 106 MPH in a 65 MPH zone; he is scheduled to appear in court on July 11.? The charge is typically a misdemeanor and jail is highly unlikely as Rose is a first-time offender, which means usually a fine and a visit to traffic safety school.
