Reports Have Warriors Offering Brand Mega-Deal
Posted by Jeff Sack under NBA Free Agents
The “San Francisco Chronicle” reported Wednesday night the Golden State Warriors have offered Los Angeles Clippers forward Elton Brand a deal that is said to be for five years and $90 million. The Clippers reached a verbal agreement Tuesday?with former Warriors point guard Baron Davis on a reported multi-year pact. The Clippers have already put an offer on the table to Brand for five years $75 million. Golden State now has plenty of flexibility under the salary cap to restock their team. Reports say they currently have only six players under contract for next season.

18 million a Year! thats alot of money , Elton Brand deserves it though .He always gives 110%.
Elton has a big decision to make does he leave the Clippers for $18mil/yr, who by the way just signed Baron Davis or does he stay with the Clippers for $15mil/yr. Either isn’t a bad deal, but the Clippers would have a better team don’t you think and would be able to win sooner faster. Neither is going to win the ’ship this year, but the Clippers make the better destination.
