The New York Knicks led by forward Wilson Chandler who scored 26 points, and grabbed 8 boards, got a victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers Monday night by a score of 97-94. The game was?close throughout the contest, but the Knicks also got?strong performances from Anthony Roberson who scored 22 points, and Mardy Collins with 17 points. The Las Vegas Summer League contest also featured the debut of New York rookie Danilo Gallinari who may have won over some of those booing fans at the NBA Draft last month who booed him. Gallinari after looking a little lost at first, found his way and scored 14. The Cavaliers were led by their first round pick J.J. Hickson who also scored 26 points.
