Turiaf Is Officialy a Warrior After Lakers Don’t Match Offer
Posted by Jeff Sack under NBA Free Agents
The “San Francisco Chronicle” reported Friday night that former Los Angeles Lakers center?Ronny Turiaf is now officially a member of the Golden State Warriors. The Lakers had until Friday night to match an offer sheet that?Turiaf?had signed with the Warriors last week. There really was little doubt, that L.A. would match the offer, the team is already over the cap. The Warriors also front loaded the deal?to make it that much more difficult for Los Angeles to match the deal. Turiaf was a second round pick by the Lakers in the 2005 NBA Draft. He has just completed his third season in the Association, and have averaged 5.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists per game so far in his career.

I predict the Warriors take someone from the Kings next for a California sweep.
