LBJ And CP3 Named NBA Players Of The Month

They are arguably two of the three best players currently playing in the NBA, and Monday they were recognized as such. The NBA has announced that Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star forward LeBron James has been named the NBA Eastern Conference Player Of The Month for November. New Orleans Hornets All-Star point guard Chris Paul was given the honor in the Western Conference.

LBJ averaged 27.8 ppg shooting 49.1%, 7.2 boards, and 6.4 assists, while helping Cleveland attain the second best record in the Eastern Confernce at 14-3. CP3 averaged 20.3 points, and led the league in assists with 11.6, and steals with 2.8 per contest. Paul was also credited with 2 triple-doubles, and 10 double-doubles for the month. New Orleans ended the month with a 9-6 record.
