Sasha Don’t Go Hollywood On Me! Vujacic Gets Own Website

He’s become the new cult hero of Los Angeles the new millennium’s version of Kurt Rambis without the glasses. Who you ask? Well you are either an East Coast fan that goes to bed early, or you’ve been living under a rock as Sasha Vujacic has taken the “City Of Angels” by storm! For those of you are still in the dark, the Serbian native is now in his fourth season in the NBA all with the Lakers and has come up big off the bench for Los Angeles this season.

It almost pains me to write this but I have always been a big admirer of Sasha Vujacic’s style of play. This coming from a man who grew up in Boston, and covered the Cleveland Cavaliers for 11 years as a radio reporter! The most any other Los Angeles Lakers player has received from this corner is a grudging respect. However Vujacic is a plugger, you have the feeling that he gives everything he has every time he is out on the hardwood.

Well, as I predicted back in December of 2007, Sasha has taken Los Angeles by storm; so much so that he now has his own website. Dubbed the “Official Website Of The Machine” (I still like Kurt Rambis without the glasses better) it is up and running complete with a Welcome Video. Now Sasha, make one promise upfront please; if something is released on your website, don’t pull an Andrei Kirilenko and blame it on the media! Good Luck to Sasha and his new website!
