The Milwaukee Bucks check in at #10. They, like the vast majority of teams in the Top 10, are in rebuild mode. Whether they can capitalize on their position in this year’s draft is up for discussion.

Strengths: Small forward, shooting guard.
Weaknesses: Point guard (marginally).
Inside Skinny: They appear set at small forward and shooting guard with Richard Jefferson and Michael Redd. Center is in relatively good hands. Question is: Is Ramon Sessions a point guard or a smallish shooting guard?
