The “Associated Press has reported that the Los Angeles Clippers have traded Zach Randolph to the Memphis Grizzlies  for Quentin Richardson. Both players are former teammates as the both played for the New York Knickerbockers. Randolph was traded to Los Angeles last November and was the leading scorer for the Clippers last season.

Richardson never actually played any games for the Grizzlies as they picked him up in a trade for Darko Milicic last month. Richardson will be playing for the Clippers for the second time they drafted him in the first road in the 2000 NBA Draft and he played his first four years for them.
