T-Wolves’ Love Has Successful Surgery, Out 6-To-8 Weeks

One of the few bright spots of the Minnesota Timberwolves will be out of the team lineup for a spell as according to the Associated Press, Kevin Love underwent successful surgery on his broken left hand on Tuesday.

The operation was performed by Dr. Andrew Weiland in New York City and was successful. Love is expected to miss anywhere between six-to-eight weeks; he broke his hand during an exhibition game on October 16 against the Chicago Bulls. Prior to his injury, he was averaging 12.5 PPG and 11.5 RPG.
