Travis Outlaw has agreed to a five-year, $35 million deal to play for the New Jersey Nets.
Jermaine O’Neal has agreed to a two-year, $12 million deal with the Celtics
And there is also a rumor around the league that the Miami Heat has offered Mike Miller a five-year deal that would be in the $27-$30 range.
With the NBA Cap for the 2010-2011 being set at $58 million ($2 million higher than expected), teams are certainly not holding back when it comes to contract offers
