Not surprisingly, the Washington Wizards re-signed one of their core players Wednesday as Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports reports that the team has re-signed Josh Howard to a one-year, close-to $4 million deal.
Washington did this despite the fact that Howard averaged 12.7 PPG and 3.6 RPG and would subsequently miss the rest of the 2009-2010 season due to a torn ACL on February 22. the team is of the hope that Howard will be ready for the regular season.
