More stability has come the Milwaukee Bucks’ way as the team has exercised options on the contracts of coach Scott Skiles and general manager John Hammond.
The contract extensions make perfect sense in that the Bucks improved in the win-loss column by twelve games in 2009-10 and also sported its best record since the 2000-01 season. They also reached the playoffs.
Skiles was picked by Hammond to run the Milwaukee squad and initially received a four-year deal. Hammond was hired by the Bucks during the 2007-08 season; he played a part in Milwaukee putting together a 46-36 record last season while reaching the playoffs for the first time in four years.
