The Only Thing Left To Debate Is His Legacy
Boston Celtics center Shaquille O’Neal tweeted this on Wednesday: “im retiring.”
Here’s the link to his video announcement.
“We did it. Nineteen years baby,” he said in the message. “I want to thank you very much, that’s why I’m telling you first, I’m about to retire. Thank you, talk to you soon.”
As far as his legacy goes, I believe he’s behind Hakeem “The Dream” Olajuwon, Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain, and Kareem on the list of all-time NBA centers.
