Big Man Sensation Andre Drummond Headed To UConn

The frontrunner to be chosen No. 1 overall in the 2012 NBA Draft, center Andre Drummond, has decided to change his mind and attend the University of Connecticut this season.

“It’s official. I’m heading to the university of connecticut to be a husky this year! Do I hear a repeat?” he tweeted. He also tweeted: “Husky fam welcome me cause I’m coming this year!!”

Clearly, the most anxious I’ve ever been to see a hoops prospect lace it up on the hardwood at the collegiate level.
