Posted in Still without their head coach Doug Collins, the 76ers finally finished strong and won a preseason game, topping the New York Knicks 118-91 to close out their preseason slate. The Sixers, losers to the Cavs on Tuesday night in Cincinnati, finish the preseason 2-5, and are hoping to have their coach back for their opener. [...]
