Posted in The Oklahoma City Thunder are finally down to the NBA-mandated 15-man roster limit as according to the Associated Press, the team anounced that they waived forward Mike Harris on Friday; the move basically means that means that veteran forward Ryan Bowen won a “4-man” competition for the Thunder’s vacant roster vacancy.
